Epernay is one of the best-equipped Lagoon 440's owner version catamarans. With an overall length of 44 feet and with a 25-foot beam, this 440 provides a lot of area for living, sailing, and enjoying lifeabout the same size as a studio apartment- but with a much better and more easily changed water view.

Fully equipped with a generator, air conditioning in all areas, and complete electronics. Low engine hours, immaculate mechanicals with all the cruising gear needed for day trips and tours. The 440’s unique flybridge design incorporates a raised helm position, where the wheel is on the centreline and all sheets/ropes run to a central position, providing the best in visibility and convenience for those operating the boat.

While at the same time the aft/rear cockpit is huge and offers a true lounge and entertainment area. The cockpit flows dynamically into the interior space of the saloon so you have an indoor-outdoor living plan that is perfect for the tropics. The cockpit table will seat up to eight for a meal.

The galley to starboard has an acre of counter space, twin stainless steel sinks, and a three-burner gas range. A large freezer and two fridges add the finishing touches to complement the entertaining ability of Epernay.

Forward of the galley lies the navigation station with the autopilot controls, chart plotter, and internal engine controls. Providing a great position for handling the boat when rain or cool weather makes the raised cockpit uncomfortable.

The master stateroom lies in the starboard hull with a Queen Size bed and lots of storage and hanging space for clothes. Just forward you have a seating area and a small desk where you can install a computer, communications equipment, a printer, and even a scanner or copier. In the bow, there is a full head with a separate shower. In the port hull, there are two guest cabins with en-suites, plenty of storage, and natural light.

Comes with 2 years berth lease included. IE No monthly RPYC fees. Has been professionally maintained with continuous attention to detail for her cosmetic and mechanical maintenance.
